I would remove all the other cards and connect the card not working directly in the primary PCI-E x16 slot. Remove the drivers in safe mode using DDU and install the latest driver from the AMD website. If the card is still not detected in the Device Manager, then you probably have a dead card and will have to RMA it under warranty. If you have flashed a modded Bios to the card, it may not be replaced under warranty.

i have already connected this non working card directly to the PCI slot and installed driver, but didnton tried in safe mode, i will try it tomorrow, but i dont understand, if GPU is dead, why are leds lighting when i an turning pc on?

Without eliminating the other possibilities it's hard to know. It could be a bad Bios flash. Also try another card that's working in the PCI-E x16 slot to make sure it's not a bad slot on the motherboard. If another card works and the other one doesn't, then it can only be a dead card. Unfortunately if it's not detected by Windows, I don't think you will be able to flash the card with a good Bios.

thank you for your attention, i will try all these tomorrow and i will write  what will happens. thanks a lot once again and good luck

If you can't get it to recognize in Windows, you could try flashing the original Bios back to the card using atiflash from Dos by creating a boot disk.

There is also a member here that does GPU repair work. You may want to contact him to see if he has any suggestions. Good luck.

The LEDs lighting up just mean the card is being supplied power, there are many other things that can die that will make it non functional. Your card is dead and needs to be warrantied.

You need to patch the Windows 10 driver using the Windows 7 driver for 6+ RX 570/580 cards in WIndows 10.

i will try it tomorrow but i am not sure it will works, thanks anyway

Is it showing in the Device Manager or not?

If the GPU is listed in Device manager but the miner client (i.e Claymore) doesn't recognize then there is a driver issue which only the patch can fix it. In the Device manager you will see a Yellow warning before the RX 580 Graphic Card text.

If the GPU isn't listed in Device manger then check if the lights of the GPU are on, can you see the leds, does the fan spin when you power the motherboard?
,

no its isnot shown in device manager, but leds are lighting and i am sure GPU is receiving power.

i am sure i must reset or change bios, but i dont know how Sad

It does work and you need to patch the drivers if you have 6+ RX 570/580 cards in WIndows 10.

i am talking about one GPU only. others are working fine, but when i am trying to use only this card, it isnot recognized by any motherboards, i already tried to use it on windows 10 and installed driver from disc, but nothing happens
