Nope you don't need to upgrade the CPU and ram, I'm currently running a 3070 on old core i5 and it's 2nd gen, also some 3060ti on a celeron CPU and they work very well, I'm sure you are good, if the mobo doesn't detect all the 6700 just check the risers again

OK, I managed to install 6700 with celeron and 8 gig ram, lspci command recognized it. Case closed. Thanks for the replies.

I have 13 slots motherboard and planning to put 6700s on it, upgrade it from rx570s with Celeron processor and 8Gig ram. Do I need to upgrade the CPU and the ram size also? If yes, what is the most optimum CPU and RAM spec for the setup so that it doesn't draw lots of power?

Use Hive Os, Raven Os and similar systems for mining and you don't have to change components.
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT and AMD Radeon RX 570 have almost the same power consumption, so the power supply does not need to be changed either.
But I would not sell AMD Radeon RX 570 if these video cards have 8 GB of memory. Better to look for a new farm location with AMD Radeon RX 570.

You don't need to upgrade your CPU as long as you are running on Linux.I used to have one G3900 Celeron running Windows 10 in ASUS B250 Mining with 19 pcie slots and up to ten cards of RX 580 8 GB I had in 2019 and after I put the 11th one it started popping a whole lot of problems, computer working slowly, crashing and restarting.Once I switched to HiveOS it recognized all the cards and kept mining normally. That was my personal experience with Windows at that time, maybe with these new updates maybe it won't happen again but to be on the safe side just switch to a Linux based OS and you will be fine with the equipment you already have,no need to upgrade anything.
