I like the newer architecture GPUs more, they draw less wattage and they run more cooler too, I think that's all that matter and rx5*** will only survive for more few years, slowly they will fade away, if you have free electricity then go ahead if not stick with
Rx580s are still good cards for the future even if ETH is no more, 580s are good for ravencoin too they can hash at 14-15MH on kawpow but the only issue with this cards is power consumption, if you have your ways around this then they are the best options, come to think of it these 580s are so cheap

Can you still buy a rx580 8gb and 590 at 350$ today? 30MH is assured but I'm not so sure about power consumption since Nvidia cards are my favourite in terms of efficiency, 60MH under 120watt is awesome to me this is why RTX3060ti is the king 👑👑👑
There are several things to consider in this situation.
What is your electricity cost?
Do you have restrictions on electricity consumption?
If electricity is expensive and you cannot consume more than 3 kilowatts, for example, then I would do a mining farm on more modern video cards.

It's a good investment if you have cheaper electricity, 90watt for 30mh is pretty high for me, now that we have GPUs like 5500xt and 6600 from AMD that can do 32mh at 55watt and the 5500xt can do 25MH at 55watt I think these are way better than the older cards

For me it's always about the ROI, the more MegaHash you have the faster your ROI, electricity comes as second opt for me since it's not that costly and I also have solar energy up to 3000watt per hour so I can survive anything that's been thrown at me

Good price IMO, a gtx1660super is sold for 470$ in my country right now and that's also 30MH in hashrate power but 350$ ? You don't even need to ask this question but I remember in last bear market 580s turned 260$ not sure if that's ever going to happen again

570s and 580s are getting older but anyways it's always about quick ROI for many, 30MH at 90watt isn't still right for me that's 180watts on 60MH, pretty high if electricity isn't cheap in your country and as for me I run on solar panels so rx580s and 570s are a no, 350USD is awesome for 30MH

At that price I think you can buy lots of them.It depends where you are located but there should be people selling them in local marketplaces in your country, kinda like Ebay and Amazon are international markets.Where I am located I can find tons of these cards at 300-330 EUR which is the equivalent or just a bit more than 350 USD.In terms of efficiency if you find the best overclock and undervolt settings I have seen RX 580 consuming only 90 Watt at 30 Mhsh.It all depends from one person point of view,I would not buy any of them as they are old generation but there are a lot of people who are more than willing to buy them.
