Well maybe it is time to bring merged mining to the Scrypt side, eh?
All these failcoins that cannot afford enough miners to make them secure could all go with merged mining so they can share Litecoin's hashing power, so maybe it might yet eventually be possible to actually secure them?
Don't go thinking they will thus be easy to secure, though; getting miners of the "primary" chain in a merge to actually merge in all the other chains is a long uphill battle that is far from won even on the SHA256 side where merged mining has been in place for what, a couple of years now is it?
