So here is the deal, I had a Webmoney account from few months with $5 in it from piratcoin -when BTC withdrawal limit was at about 10 USD- . Anywayz I can't withdraw as it require phone verification which for some reason fails with all the networks I tried it with in my country.
Selling it for 0.005 BTC
