I'm very interested in any coin generator that is more affordable and have more features than coingen.io.
The hardest part about making your own coin is making sure you have the right dependencies and having those directories in your make-file.mingw32 and -qt.pro files. Other than that it's simple.
Why not just learn how to do a search and replace? Then you can clone as many coins as you want and do it for free.
It's more complicated than search and replace, you have to find out how to compile the wallet and a couple of other things (Merkel or whatever it's called). I had a go and spent hours getting frustrated.
All the answers are buried here at this forum, but it's still not easy.
Too bad the "secrets" are in the hands of people who churn out endless crapcoins.
It's extremely frustrating attempting one for the first time, but I'm sure very easy when you've done a couple.
