You are selling the two account at a very cheap price. I wont buy, as the accounts could be hacked accounts.
I am not interested in buying accounts either, however I would think the way to confirm they are not hacked accounts would be the same way you confirm if someone is the original owner of accounts when lending money - you ask for a bitcoin signed message.......it is much harder to get someone's private keys then it is to get access to their bitcointalk account
