Why not post the whole kernel logs here for a little bit of insight?

It might be a compatibility issue because the new fan that you replace will be forced to run around 7000rpm. If it's not compatible you smell like burn better replace them only with a compatible fan check this fan below from ZeusBTC

An inlet fan blade broke and i replaced the fan. Removed fan/screws -> opened the top and swapped the 4-pin connector -> installed new fan/screws. The fan make is Delta not the Nidec original (specs are the same.)

I was using Poolin and the miner had been offline a few days until i had time to replace the fan.

Turned the miner on once replacement was finished -> connected and started hashing ~10 Th/s then it dropped to 1 then to 0. I restarted the miner and smelt a little bit of ozone so i turned it off.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
