first suggestion is does your two sockets both get 220 volt power?

you need 220volt power.

to test  this you need a multimeter.

so come back and let us know the voltages of each plug.

the next thing is check the connection from the psu to the control board.

make sure that it provides 12 volts

make sure that it is plugged in correctly.

the six pin pcie jack connects to the psu

no light no fan.
right out of the box.
If there's no sign of power coming up from the unit then your PSU might be dead. You need to replace the PSU or repair it DIY but if you are going to do that it needs some knowledge about electronics and needs some tools like multimeter, soldering iron and hotair.

Manual guide how to repair PSU check this link below

Is there any light come up on the unit?
How about the fans? Are these fans spinning?

Do you have a multimeter? Better check the power supply first if it provides 19v.

If the the PSU looks fine I suggest disconnect all hashboard first and then test if the control board will power on without them. Update here after.
