Start from the top:
Did you wire the system? Are you sure you wired the 220v outlet properly? If you didn't use the proper breakers (one from each side of the panel) then it won't get you true 220v.
Did you remove the power supply and again try to power it up and use a voltmeter to test the output of each output on the PSU.

if the psu is dead, the kernel log see all hashboard, but "power lost" ... on this is not the problem, so i thinks psu is good .

To confirm the unit is new from a reseller, no dirt.
Swapping the power means switching to a different set of plugs in the wall only 240v available. So not being underpowered.
It is looking a lot like a PSU, is there a common repair or substitution path, surely theses things are kind "off the shelf"

There is no guide here to repair miner PSU you should hire professional who knows about Electronics or hire someone who has knowledge on repairing miner PSU or you could replace it with a new one.
You can contact ZeusBTC they have many repair centers in different countries and maybe you are near one of their repair centers. You can also buy PSU there.

Thanks Yes, the power source has been swapped several times to no effect.
Swapping doesn't solve your issue better try other solutions like flashing your miner with the latest firmware.Also, try to replug all connections from your miner PSU cable ribbon cable then clean the terminal with petrol or thinner.
Don't forget to check the PSU connectors male and female socket and maybe the control board PSU terminal has full of dirt and burns parts.

line 2391 on paste bin shows -1 voltage
that means that
psu is broke
or
psu does not have volts needed
I read all 6000+ lines and found at least one other spot around 6100 ? with a -1 voltage.
so if you are certainly feeding 230-240 volts you very likely have a bad psu.
