Both miners have missing ASIC chips that cause the middle hashboard shutdown.

If you bought this new from Bitmain I suggest try to flash it first with the latest version your miner version is currently running nov firmware so upgrading it with the latest one might solve this issue.

If it is still under warranty you can send it back to the manufacturer for repair.
Also if it's 2nd hand unit or not under warranty you can try to replug cables on the middle hashboard then test it again.

Looks chain 1 in both miners have issues and will need repair.

I'm starting to get the feeling that Bitmain has not solved all of the quality control issues that plagued the 17 series...
