I have the same issue.

I verified my miner isn't using the same IP as another device. I've set the miner's IP statically. I can log in to the miner (UI means ethernet port works). I've tried 5+ different mining pools (nicehash Foundry etc). I can Ping these mining pools. I'm still getting Fatal Error: network connection lost! What gives!!!

Have you tried to replace the ethernet cable? Do it first and also try to turn off the router and the ISP modem for 5 minutes and turn it on again.

If still doesn't work there is something blocking your miner to connect online like I said changing DNS should fix the issue but if it doesn't work maybe your internet is very slow.

Also, try to use the Bitmain tool that has a tool to scan viruses to make sure your unit is clean. Check the link below

Silly question: Have you tried restart?
Most network error goes away that way.

May try factory reset without keeping configuration.

I have the same issue.

Hi thanks for the reply, so this miner is in DHCP mode, and from the router it was set up with a static IP from the start, and the port forwarded for web GUI access (hence why I can access it over the internet and get the logs). Note it was working fine for 5+ days until now.

Well yes, you can still access the dashboard even there are two devices that use the same IP but not everything will work correctly based on my experienced.

Static IP from the router is not a problem it's only pointing to your ISP modem. From your miner try to change the DHCP mode to static and change the IP.
Sample the DHCP mode choose 192.168.1.10 then replace it with 192.168.1.99 on static mode.

Then test it again.

If you don't believe that it's not a network problem then try to flash it first with the latest firmware from Bitmain here and then test it if it is just a software issue but if it doesn't work well it's related to the network issue.

Any ideas what might be up?

Remotely rebooting the miner via the web GUI doesn't seem to do anything.... does this button actually work?!
