Hey, there is nothing wrong with my miner.
It is new S19Pro.
I am asking why temperature columns CHIP TEM and PIC TEM show two data in each column.
This is what I do not understand. That´s all.

If you still don't understand about them check this post

According to that link, the Pic temp is a sensor near the heatsink while the Chip temp is the ASIC temp.

Hi there:
Could anyone explain me how temperature sensors on S19Pro work? What [picTem] and [ChipTem] show? These columns show two data, what do they exactly mean?

The old miner S9 showed inlet and outlet temp. It was clear.
S19Pro software is not so clear... I would say horrible. And mobile version is absolutely unreadable.
Moreover, manual says nothing about this issue.

I hope the picture will be added below:
Thanks for any responses.

I would like to add a picture here,
to make sure what I want you to explain me,
but it does not work.
How to add a picture here, please. Thanks.

It would be better if you have a problem with your miner post the whole kernel logs here and use insert code tag(a # sharp button) before you post to make your post clean and logs can be readable.

About posting images here new accounts are restricted from posting any image if you want to show as the image then upload it to any image hosting like this https://imgur.com/ then post the link here.

I guess pic temp is related to the pic chip every hashboard has a pic chip with a very small program.
And chipTem might be related to ASiC chip temp.

There is no enough information about the minimum and maximum temp of ASIC chip but base on old units it can handle 110 temp.
Above the maximum temp the dashboard will automatically disconnect it shutdown.

Also check this "Miner normal operating temperature".
