Yes this is the one. The one in pictures is first version. I have second version now also. Pretty much same than first version but corrected and changed some footprints of components and component placing. Fan speed is shown for both fans now. And lower front led works now same way than original controller. If anyone wants to buy with btc send me pm here, eBay is not a fan of bitcoins.

I got my version of S3-controller working as it should, at last. I have a little helper now  Grin. I've had also help with software from other members. Thank you for all of you. Firmware is original, but controller differs slightly from BM controller. I don't have beeper, and led's are little different way. Original ar9331-modules are hard to get and price of them is much too high, so I've used a different module (module came with chinese router software and updating fw from gui was impossible  Angry ). Ofcourse there are other changes too, no schematics of original controller are available and so I had to figure out many things myself. After a few experiments I got everything right, and now it works fine. Some pictures of it:
