+1 for sidehack´s hosting service, an S3 would cost you around 35$/m, plus he will also sell you his reliable server PSU kits (and connect it to your miner for you).

Here is a good option.  This is one is cheap https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7814500 "So an S3 at 400W draw would charge $27.36 in energy in 30 days" and they sell server PSU kits "We will provide PSU equipment (from our server PSU interface setups) for sale at the maximum bulk-pricing discount, or for monthly lease at one-third the discounted sale price. D750 (750-800W) PSUs will sell for $55 per PSU/Board/4-cables, and a DPS2K (2000-2500W PSU) will sell for $149 for a PSU/Board/12x36"-cables. If you purchase the supply, we will ship it with your equipment (if you request it) when it's time for your equipment to leave our facility. We will maintain any leased supplies, replacing failures as necessary at no expense to the customer."  Server PSU are the better option IMHO for powering miners, but not the best option for home use.  Sidehack also provides good customer support.

Anyone tried them before: http://www.michigan-colocation.com/index.php/server-colocation/bitcoin-miner-hosting

Do i have to ship a PSU to them? They are quite cheap tbh and save me VAT.
They are actually quite expensive.

I would recommend centerus hosting, carlos will help you with your PSU needs.

I think he charges ~75$/kW/m, so around 30$/S3/m.

Operator is flyonwall (sales at centerus.com or call me at +1-425-738-0222)

See that website, it even specifically mentions S3s.

Anyone using Centerus care to chime in?
There near me was researching them last night.  I will look more into it.

It is best to find a colocation by you so you can meet in person.  But if not all sites will talk prior to purchase if you have any ?'s.  I'd say half are ma and pa setups without any financial backing.  BEWARE .... do your research.

Iceland hosting is not the cheapest (I don´t know where you found that).

As S3s are not too temperature sensitive, I am sure you will find your answer within the linked thread.

Additionally, some hosting providers will charge for small individual units.
