Buy single rail psu or server psu, they are more suitable for mining.

Not a problem let us know how it goes.  I wish I had a better anwser but once you get that PSU with 4 separate pci-e cables the good news is I think that S5 will start to hit full speed Smiley with no problems.

i have a new S5, i could not reach 1.15t ?

Do you happen to have a different PSU you could try?  I have a feeling you are trying to get the ~ 590 W (at the wall) from two pci-e cords looking at that PSU online.  If you happen to have a PSU with 4 different PCI-e cables (not plugs) and has enough watt's as well I think that will fix your problem.

But after PSU i would look at the following:

If it's hashing around half this is normal guide i would suggest - https://bitmain.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203559969-My-S5-hashes-at-about-600GH-S

And after that checking connections/pcb - https://bitmain.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204875015-How-to-diagnose-S5-hashing-PCB

But again I think this is going to be about PSU just from first glance.
