Seems if someone runs that many miners the research for problems would have come first.
Have you read through the many other posts on this same S5 topic.  Just saying it's been addressed.

Sounds like you know what you are doing so not sure I can be of much help but if not already done?

Is the Red LED on the hash Board lit?

Try the hash boards in the problem miners singly?

Try turning down the frequency. Drop it right down to say 150MHz just to see if it hashes at all?

Check the Kernel Log around 33 seconds after reboot an make sure the chains have really been found and that it has not just defaulted to 30 chips.

After that you are into making measurements on the board, but the hash board is almost certainly faulty.

I have got an S5.

The chip rows are full 000 and I can access the S5; the miner does not hash.

I own and run more than 100 S5 units.3 of them are problematic. The hash power is 0.

The problem is not related to my PSU.

I have switched the control boards but the problem still remains.

I am famliar with the miners and good at electronics.I appreciate your recommendations and ideas over the problem.

Thanks in advance.
