The very first thing out of the little lady's mouth when I powered up my SP10 for the first time was - she was sitting outside on the back porch and I was downstairs in the basement - she comes running in and says, "Is that screeching coming from your new miner??? With the fans at 40% at least we couldn't really hear it unless we went into the basement. At 80% or above we could hear it outside.

Has anyone swapped the fan on their s5? I am thinking about using 2 quieter fans in a push/pull configuration. Will this work?
