use the code function when you paste the kernel log, you are going to get into troubles, the mods here don't play around.

the kernel log should be like this

Code:
driver-btm-c5.c:13421:bitmain_c5_init: Chain[J6] has 63 asic
driver-btm-c5.c:13421:bitmain_c5_init: Chain[J7] has 63 asic
driver-btm-c5.c:13421:bitmain_c5_init: Chain[J8] has 63 asic

The good news is that all 3 chains show 63 Asics, so a total of 189 chips which is exactly what a perfectly functioning S9 should show, the kernel log you posted last isn't complete and thus I can't say for sure what's wrong with the miner, but if I had to guess, it would be a pool connectivity issue. If you are serious about getting help to fix your miner you SHOULD

1- Post the complete kernel log in a code format
2- A screenshot of the miner status page
3- A screenshot of the pool settings (you can hide a portion of the worker if you need)

Use one of thees two websites to upload the image and paste the link here

If you don't provide all these details you simply won't get the proper answer, so it's your call.
