This is not the right place to post this you must move this thread to "Mining support".

Anyway, about the signature error, if you flash it with different firmware or lower than the current firmware it won't work you need an SD card flashing or a tool that can unlock SSH and disable the signature check.
If you want there is a tool that I know that could unlock the miner check this thread on how to unlock it here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/awesome-miner-unlock-antminer-s9-t9-s15-t15-s17-t17-free-for-everyone-5205533

About your 2nd issue much better post the whole kernel logs here you can find it on the system tab then kernel logs copy them all and paste it here don't forget to put inside the "insert code tag" with icon #
Or you can paste it on pastebin.com and paste the URL so that we can have more insight about your issue.

Hello. This is my first time on this forum so i’m not sure if this is posted in the correct place but here’s my issue.

Recently i’ve been having troubles with my Antminer S9. Two issues. The first is firmware. I’ve tried to multiple times to flash HiveOS into the control board via web. As a result i get “installer not signature” i researched this and found any board manufactured after November 1st will be locked down and not allowed to be updated. I happen to be very unlucky and have a board that was flashed on October 31st so i guess there is a give or take couple of days. I can’t find any clear info. I’ve also tried to flash via SD card, I have switched the jumper as well, used a 8GB SD card to my avail I have a solid fault and normal light always on in the boot from SD option. Therefore it showing 0 progress of an upgrade. I’m not sure if there is a fix for this or i just have to buy another controller that pre-dates the date upon locking.

My second issue is with fans. I’m running only one fan at the moment since my other one didnt have a fan grill and got obliterated by a wire hanging. Not to worry though i’m running these in a very cold climate. about 40 degrees F so the temps are in a decent range while i wait for a replacement to arrive. The issue is that it worked for a solid two days (with the broken fan plugged in without blades so it would trick it) then i had to unplug the S9 for about an hour and upon plugging it back in. Well. No post. A webpage and IP address appear but no hashing is going on. No LEDS on. All 3 hashboard lights are off so as the fault and normal activity lights. This is literally driving me insane! I’ve never had a ASIC act this way.
