power cycle = turn off, wait 10-20 seconds, turn back on.
Might have to do it a couple of times before it gets going stable. Especially on brand new units or in cold environments.

how do i full power cycle the unit please?
full power cycle a few times to see if it hashes?
If it is the Nov 17th firmware you should downgrade it, that firmware is terrible.
