You could try ebay to get second hand mining hardware.So what is motivating you of mine btc?

let me know which all places in India as its cheaper outside rather than India. Also who will include the place rental as a huge farm is require to setup the big mining process unless you setting up very small then actually there is no point as it will take a long time to recover unless you have extra money and can learn with so much expense.
