Try running the unit with only 2 boards at a time, a good board and the bad board, the bad board and the third board, the two good boards, etc. This will rule out a controller issue. If the board continues at low hashrate it is probably a bad PCB that will need service, MyRig can replace it but I'm not sure the cost.

My guess, it's because of high temperature that is why the hashrate is not running properly.

Could you monitor the temperature in miner status page and check if the miner exceeds 80 degrees because if one of your hashing board exceeds 80 degrees it could lead to high temp protection.

Try to add cooling devices if ever the temp is high if this solution won't work your hashing board might be defective.

Hi all,

Hoping someone might have some insight on this. I have an S9 with 1 of the cards not hashing properly (5-9 GH/s). I've tried swapping cables (ribbon and power supply) to no avail. Reinstalled firmware, etc. All ASIC chips are recognized (63/63).

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
