Anything new with your problem??!
I have the same problem and cant get rid of this, working about 12hours on it.
The only solution that I got is to boot the miner by braiins over SD card...

If it works with bOS the problem is not in hardware. Are you able to install bOS into nand and boot to it without the sd card? If not, you might have a damaged nand in the controller, so test that too. If it works, then you are doing the procedure to flash the T9+ firmware from Bitmain wrong.

yes I took it back, I changed ethernet cable and socket is clear no dirt or dust , my gear is new I just used it for 50 days,
yesterday I tried with Braiins os with SD card  , then i was able to login to interface, but I always prefer to use original firmware from manufacturer

Did you take the jumper back?

How about replacing the ethernet cable and cleaning the ethernet socket and maybe there is dirt inside(full of dust) clean them well.

If still doesn't work the only solution that I know to solve this is to replace the control board.

my modem default is 192.168.1.1
my network is simple - miner- hubswitch - modem
I think it more of a control board nand bcz none of LEDs are working , and when pressing ip finder or factory reset nothing happens even LEDs not light up

What is your modem default IP?

it sometimes having an issue on getting IP  if the router's default IP start from 10.x.x.x and it should in subnet 255.255.255.0

Can you try to check your router's IP?

Open your CMD then enter "ipconfig /all" without quotes then paste it here.

But in bitmain site it mentioned when LEDs are blinking it means that firmware is loaded , but next step it has written power on control board although it didn't mention when to turn it off  does it mean that i should wait until control board itself turns off?

Yeah, you need to wait few minutes after blinking before you remove it from the power and taking the jumper back.

At least 5 to 8 blinking from the control board led before you remove it.

Look at this video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-c5BJm4lbI

or Try to change your SD card then repeat.

If it doesn't work there something wrong about the IP maybe it doesn't show because this miner detect the same IP as other miners you need to run the miner to the different router to check if it's IP issue or a software issue.

Try only powering up the control board with no hashboards attached, if you can get into it then flash the s9j firmware onto it.

If not attempt to flash it again, it might not have worked the first time.

From the first time I already disconnected every other sockets, even once i tried without Ethernet wire , not getting any better its same

Try to find it using an network scanner such as angry ip or nmap.

Alternative use the sdcard to boot Braiins OS, and use (or install) that instead.

I tried IP scanner , it doesnt show anything

I will try with Braiins OS

If you shut down the miner while the leds are blinking there is a possibility that flashing process is not successfully flashed it means the program still corrupted.

What you need to do is flash it again with SD card and let the led red and green blinking until the miner will automatically restart itself and led stops blinking.

Now you can take back the jumper and power on the miner for 5 minutes perform this hard reset. Hold IPreporter/Reset button for 15 seconds then release then check it again with angry IP or any scanner to find the miner's IP.

both green and red led were  blinking as it should ,  I turned off control board put jumper 4 to default place ,and remove sd card .

Hello everyone ,
I am here again with another problem  Embarrassed
I was trying to update my s9j control board  with sd card
As bitmain instructed I downloaded  T9+ firmware  ,copied files to  sd card inserted it  then  I shifted jumper number  4 and turned on the control board
after both green and red led were  blinking as it should ,  I turned off control board put jumper 4 to default place ,and remove sd card . but now I can not connect to miner interface i tried to use ip scanner , or ip reporter but couldn't find IP address of miner, what should i do ?
