I do it all the time .... no dramas.

They are just addresses with the bitcoin network ... same as sending from person to person.

I have done faucet to exchange before, never tried exchange to exchange.

If the target exchange gave you an address that is permanently yours and will not expire after a while, I guess it would be safe

If the address is only yours for 24 hours or a few days, I would rather not risk it. What if the sending exchange did not add enough fees, or delayed in some other ways? The point is, is risking the amount worth the transaction fee you would save?
