FindOuter is not working for me... idk why I'm checking the other

How it does not work?

Or are you still pushing your Python code with suspicious links?
Don't use that code you provided previously because it contains an unknown link safepal never mentions that they have an ep.isafepal.com link as you can see the first letter from the domain name starts with "i" it could be a phishing link. The safepal domain is safepal.com it does not have "i".

I smell something suspicious here if you are using chatGPT to generate the Python code then it won't generate a code related to brute-force because it's prohibited.
Are you trying to promote your own code with suspicious links and pretending that you are trying to recover the missing/incorrect word?

Please elaborate, in what way that it didn't work?

Did it failed to find the correct seed phrase?
If so, describe the steps that you've done and the result.
This is so that we can find errors in the procedure or data that was provided.

Did it failed to launch and return with an error?
If so, please reply with the error that it shown, and your OS so we can figure out what's causing it to fail.

Not only that, but this may be a phishing link real link https://safepal.com/en/
this link is isafepal

Imagine that even I, that I am very suspicious, didn't notice that.

OP, you must be extremely careful and please, use the software that the other users suggested.

I try all the words that start with the same letter that I have written in my copy, I will try btccreover

You just make things complicated and wasting time to make Python code to work.
FinderOuter is ready to use you don't need to make any Python code just to brute-force a one word from your seed.
Look at this sample

Isn't that easy?

Yes I will try some of this two tools btcrecover or FinderOuter

Thank U guys, this can help me, however I write a python code maybe someone can help me with it
The problem is that I don't know the API to run my python code. can someone help with this?
I do not advise you to try to brute force the last word while you are young, or to use code that involves leaving the seed on your computer, which is clear in this API code.

Oh my god! I just saw this. Did you send a post request with your seed words to this website?
Not only that, but this may be a phishing link real link https://safepal.com/en/
this link is isafepal

response = requests.post("https://ep.isafepal.com", json={"phrase": corrected_seed})

Just use https://btcrecover.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

Safepal is a cryptocurrency company. Just remember you must NEVER share your seed phrase with ANYONE, not even your closest relatives or friends. And you just created a script to send the words to a random website.

If you have done this, change wallet ASAP.

of course I don't do it, I have my seed only in a paper writted by hand

You can easily brute force the word using https://btcrecover.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

These are all the BIP39 word, they are just 2048 in total:

https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txt

The reason I give you the word list is if you have some letters that start the sixth word, the better to choose form the suggested letters as few letters will be left. But if you are not able to recover it easily as you do not know any letter that the word starts from at all, then use Btcrecover.

this is the complete code:
-snip-

Why didn't you go with btcrecover? I don't think you would find much difficulty brute-forcing the wallet using it.

As for your code, I'm guessing it has been generated by AI? because I don't see where you get the URL from, and the idea that you could pass "phrases" to their site to recover your wallet. That's not something you can do.

Maybe you can try some library like this one[1. I went through it quickly, and it looks like it would help you but there might be some better alternatives out there.

I would imagine something like this (simplified) would work:

- Check if the seed is valid by replacing that word like you're already doing
- Generate an address(es) from that seed, and compare it to the address you previously had on SafePal.

Metamask also uses BIP39 for their seed phrase and you can import your seed phrase to that wallet as well.
Metamask isn't a bitcoin wallet. Metamask is used for ethereum, binance smart chain, polygon, some other altcoins and tokens built on those networks.
Since OP has created this topic on Bitcoin Technical Support, he/she is probably trying to recover a bitcoin wallet.

When you have problem, searching can help you. It's what I got from searching.

Mnemonic Phrase (Seed Phrase/Recovery Backup)

Reading it, you will get a list of words for BIP39 like Charles-Tim gave you above.
Quote
What is a mnemonic phrase?

A Mnemonic Phrase is also called Seed Phrase or Recovery Backup for a decentralized wallet. It is a list of words and proof of ownership of your crypto assets. Once someone gets hold of your mnemonic phrase, they can practically take full control of your assets.
The Mnemonic Phrase can be generated under different standards. BIP39/44 is the most widely adopted standard in the crypto space. All BIP39 seed words can be found in this list. SafePal fully supports BIP39/44 standard.

Metamask also uses BIP39 for their seed phrase and you can import your seed phrase to that wallet as well.

In the case you care about your security, you shouldn't enter your seed phrase on an online tool or any unsecure device, even if you are going to spend all the fund after recovering the wallet.
If anything goes wrong, your fund will be probably stolen once you enter your seed phrase and you won't have any time to spend the fund.

You 're right, in fact someone could have implemented a fake page that looks identical and being connected to their own server they could watch for user input. Once you enter the words, they are stored on their server and money is gone.

But, as Charles-Tim said above, it can be used offline, if the user wants to.

However, note that this is not the optimal solution because you need a device that works offline, unless you plan to empty the wallet and not use it again after you recover it.

That is what a bitcoin wallet will also do.

However, note that this is not the optimal solution because you need a device that works offline, unless you plan to empty the wallet and not use it again after you recover it.
It can be used offline if you download its html file and open it on a word editor: https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39/releases/latest/

But I see no reason to use it when you can use a bitcoin wallet.

How about this: https://iancoleman.io/bip39/

Adding the words by hand it will automatically tell you if the mnemonic is invalid or not.

However, note that this is not the optimal solution because you need a device that works offline, unless you plan to empty the wallet and not use it again after you recover it.

Perhaps this is not what you want exactly, but I thought I should suggest it.

You don't even need any special software to brute force this word (although it helps to automate it).

There's a few thousand or so words in the word list, so you can easily type them all manually into the recovery screen and see which seed is the one that has your funds. If you have an idea of what letters the 6th word might have, it makes the process even faster.

Like the above said safepal uses the BIP39 seed phrase and you have one wrong phrase. It should be easy to recover the wrong phrase.

There are two tools that I know you can use to recover the wrong phrase one is the BTCrecovery which is already mentioned above and the 2nd one is the FinderOuter recovery tool this one has a GUI and is easier to use than BTCrecover. You can find this tool from the link below including the guide.

I have a problem with a seed on my safepal, I have only one word wrong, I know that is the word number 6, is there any software to bruteforce only this word?
