Multiple ways to buy crypto currencies are:
I had suggested an exchange to my friend for buying cryptocurrency but his order got declined as his card was not a 3D secure card that led me to explore this topic. And after read all about the 3D secure thing. Now, I think using 3D secure card to buy is the safest way.
What is 3D secure card?

Chargeback protection: When you use Verified by Visa, you’re guaranteed to never receive a chargeback. This protection helps secure you against friendly fraud or chargeback fraud. Note: MasterCard does not have a similar policy.
Interchange benefits: You may be able to access lower interchange fees and benefit from longer payment terms with your acquirer.
Customer confidence: As a CNP merchant, customer confidence is critical. Many customers will feel more confident knowing there is an extra level of security in place to protect their data.
There may be many newbies here facing this issue that their order is declined as their card is not 3D secure but, note that this feature is for your safe transaction and secure payments. So, instead of finding some alternative way get your card 3D secured.
