No, that price is for the boards and controllers. The heat syncs are like 2lbs each and are bulky. I can ship the bards and controllers in a flat rate no problem. With the other stuff the shipping becomes more then the miners...But if you want the heat syncs and frames and whatever PM me we can work it out.
