There is a lot of it, but I'm afraid of a scam. Something simple and intuitive.
Most of the reputable exchanges have their own mobile apps. For example Bittrex, Binance and other exchanges have it. I'm probably recommending Binance app since it's easy to use and the app has really nice interface to help you trading, also Binance is not scam so you will have really nice experience using it.

I have been using binance, and even ordered my first safepal as well and hoping that would make things easier as well, this way I will be capable of trading anywhere I go and I wouldn't have to keep my money on exchanges neither, safepal hardware wallet would do that instead, hopefully that is more secure.

Binance is the only exchange I use and they have a great mobile app so I am capable of sending money whenever there is a need, and that is why mobile trading is not that hard for me, in fact their mobile app is easier to use than their PC version honestly because PC version is a bit more complicated whereas the mobile version is a bit simpler.

In any case, there are so many exchanges where you can use, but the most important rule is that you should be very careful what you are downloading, there are tons of places that copy real ones and create fake ones to scam you.

I often use PancakeSwap, BakerySwap and others to exchange some coin or token instantly, the most important thing is the equivalent of what I exchange there, even though I don't have a big profit and until now I feel comfortable. maybe it's an option that can still be reached with the mobile application.

I use mobile app to buy/sale coins, erc20, bep20 tokens. Even i use mobile wallet app to use uniswap and other swap platform. You have to be careful for downloading real app. If you put you password/keys to fake app, Your cryptos asset can be hacked.

Hi, do you use mobile apps to buy and sell coins? Do you have something proven where everything could be easily controlled? I'm mainly interested in altcoins.

There is a lot of it, but I'm afraid of a scam. Something simple and intuitive.

Yes mate, actually it is more easy to using wallet in mobile apps than wallet on desktop wallet.
Trust wallet is the one im using now, it is capable to keep multiple cryptocurrencies.
Some exchanges have their own mobile app too, such as Binance, you can download it from playstore/appstore.
If you interested on altcoins, trust wallet can be used for most altcoins too, even tokens like erc20, bep20, etc.

For decentralized trading i use Trust Wallet. Everything is very convenient done no difference where to trade on a computer or phone.
Also i use mobile applications from Binanas and FTX about it already wrote above...

Most of the erc-20 tokens are listed on Uniswap, 1inch, and Sushiswap since they have good liquidity. I don't know why you are focus on erc-20 tokens only but the fees on buying or selling them using these Ethereum AMMs are very high.
They are not exchangers but token swap platforms. They are not decentralized. They are operating on ERC-20 chain so the fee when you swap tokens are high.

A few of them are building bridges to Binance Smart Chain to reduce swap fees but it will take time. I see ERC-20 chain at the moment is crazy, the withdrawal fee of USDT on this chain can be up to $40. That is too high fee but on exchanges don't support other chains, people have to accept the bloody fee.

ERC-20 tokens for DeFi projects are not good and safe as many investors think. Risks are huge from their smart contracts, overhigh prices and the market is going to the correction time.

You have the option to use a wallet like MEW and add in the Metamask wallet to save yourself from phishing scam sites if that is what you are afraid of. In the meantime you should spend some time working on learning how the phishing scams work and how to avoid them because this is not the first nor the last time they will try to steal your money.

I am partially against the idea of keeping everything on smartphone. Prefer to keep wallet on desktop or laptop where I have precautions to secure the same. You are less likely to be able to do that even on Android.

Though like others have suggested, Binance app and other exchanges have apps too but the biggest share of erc20 tokens are one swap sites like Uni, Sushi and the recent Pancakeswap from Binance.

I use the Binance mobile app to make trades, and it's really easy to use. If you need an application to trade on DEX you can also use Trustwallet.

The legit exchange sites already developed very responsive mobile apps and im always using mobile apps created by binance, okex, gate, mxc and many more. I never encounter serious problem. Everything is getting controlled easily. You must need to find the official link on the its official site and that will prevent you to fall into the fake app created by the scammers.
I think that's enough to help you.

Do you have links to official applications so that I would not make a mistake?

https://www.binance.com/en/download
https://www.okex.com/en/download
https://www.mxc.com/ scan do download the app.

You can do the same with the rest by visiting the main URL and then you can find the some menu that will redirect you to the official app that released by the exchange site. That's very simple task

So, what exchange platform do you usually use? Most major exchanges such as Binance, Huobi, and Kucoin have launched their mobile app versions. I use Binance app but not for executing orders, only for monitoring charts, price alerts and checking my orders are filled or not.
It is recommended to download apps via the link on the official site.

Usually with binance, but I didn't know it had a mobile option. As you write, it is about reaction time because I do not always have access to a computer. Which one do you use?

There are also altcoins launched on Binance Smart Chain that are at par with popular tokens on ethereum. You can move them at cheaper fees.
