I actually asked the same thing a few days back. There is a thread dedicated to reporting the types of people and posts you are talking about. If you post the proof and report them in this thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/plagiarism-and-copypaste-posts-2855895 , then there will be action taken. archive.is their posts, for sure.
People get banned for re-posting the same thing as another user. Copy + Pasting is highly actionable in our spam-ridden environment.

Do you notice that many have made the member on this forum that is almost identical to the title and content of the conversations and annoying than that is almost the same details and increased only a little information to consider that did not like the original make discussion and previous discussions, perhaps overlooked by others and few as I noticed it. What should be done or action with the member doing this should report it to the moderator to avoid?
Often new members or members who only want to give merit would prevent this kind of conversation to the same topic for others to emulate.
