Blockchain.info have some issues and not displaying confirmations correctly.
Blockr.io is showing confirmations correctly and it doesn't shows funds being sent as change to same address and it also doesn't shows number of inputs and outputs.
Blockexplorer doesn't shows confirmation counts, everything else looks same.

As for time difference, they are probably using different timezones.

I just noted the confirmations. Which one is correct ?

So what is the issue with blockchain.info ? It still shows the Tx as unconfirmed !!!

No idea what exactly the issue is.
But you can see on the blockchain.info page:

This is odd -- my bitcoind can't find that transaction, but it can find the block reward transaction.

getrawtransaction only returns on txn which are not entirely spent unless you run with txindex=1.
