I just want to add this from the guide provided from Charles-Tim above instead of going to select script type, please use "Detect existing accounts" to make sure to get the right wallet or derivation path.

If you can't still find your funds from your backup, try any of these derivation paths below.

Code:
Deposit: m/44'|49'|84'/0'/0'
Bad Bank: m/84'/0'/2147483644'
Pre Mix: m/84'/0'/2147483645'
Post Mix: m/84'/0'/2147483646'
Ricochet: m/84'/0'/2147483647'

If you can't still get the right wallet then your passphrase/password might be incorrect. Make sure it's the right passphrase/password.

where on Electrum?  Receive menu?
if you can be very specific I have no idea what I am doing, it's first time I am using this program and I have no idea about anything else.

I have no idea what I did, it shows me my BTC in my android app! what do I do now?

ha it's because I didn't use WIFI or cellular

You mean BIP49?
On desktop Electrum:
Name your wallet. Click on standard wallet -> I already have a seed -> input the seed phrase and click on 'option' which is below the space you input the seed phrase -> 'check  ✔️ extend the seed with custom words' and select BIP39 seed to proceed. After you click on next, input the passphrase and select the script type. I guess it would be native segwit.

Native segwit bitcoin addresses starts from bc1
Legacy starts from 1
p2sh-segwit starts from 3.

On mobile Electrum:
Name your wallet. Click on standard wallet -> I already have a seed -> input your seed phrase. At the upper right corner, you will see 'Electrum'. Click on it and select BIP39. Scroll down and check ✔️ extend seed with custom words. Input the passphrase in the space below it to continue. Read what I wrote above for the script type. I guess it is native segwit which its bitcoin address starts from bc1.

Restoring it on Bluewallet might be simpler for you:

If it is Bluewallet, after you click on import wallet, you will see three dots (...) at the upper right corner, click on it and check (✔️) passphrase to continue.

Make sure you use the passphrase with the seed phrase while you want to import the seed phrase. After you paste the seed phrase, there will be a space or somewhere that you will have to paste the passphrase next. Without the passphrase, you can not have access to your coins.

You can use Electrum wallet for it or Bluewallet.

On Electrum, make sure you checked BIP39 and passphrase. If it is Bluewallet, after you click on import, you will see three dots (...) at the upper right corner, click on it and check (✔️) passphrase to continue.

I did import with Bluewallet on the phone but I don't have option to put the passkey passphrase, it imported the account but it's 0

Imported HD Segwit BIP84 Bech32 native

OK I've made it!! I saw the passphrase key before importing
