what do you think about https://www.walletrecoveryservices.com/

What data do I have to provide?
The service has quite the reputation and the user has positive ratings as well: walletrecoveryservices
There's also a link to their 5-star Trustpilot review page: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/walletrecoveryservices.com

For the data, it depends on what they'll ask you but the whole portfolio plus a list of possible passphrases should be enough.

I have contacted Dave, he asked me to facilitate everything

I will keep you informed

i have the 12 words, the backup file "samurai.txt", the public id of the only transfer made, and the passphrase

when i try to restore the backup I get an error with the passphrase. It must be a syntax error
Are you restoring the 12 words... or using the backup file and the passphrase? Huh

I have tried both, but the passphrase fails in both

Does btcrecover supports Samurai encrypted "auto backup"? (AFAIK it doesn't)

No. Keyword "Samourai" doesn't even exist on original btcrecover[1] and on 3rditeration version, Samourai wallet is only mentioned as wallet which support BIP39[2]. But if OP willing to sponsor 3rditeration, he might bring support for samourai wallet[3].

1. https://github.com/gurnec/btcrecover/search?q=Samourai&type=
2. https://docs.btcrecover.org/en/latest/Usage_Examples/basic_password_recoveries/#bip39-passphrase-protected-wallets-electrum-extra-words
3. https://github.com/3rdIteration/btcrecover/issues/245#issuecomment-913222943

Tell me more, but we are talking about a small wallet

thanks every body for your answers

That sounds like a real serious problem.  Shocked You must be talking about tip39 extended passphrase.

It's doesn't help you now, but for next time: you should verify your backup is sufficient by restoring it before funding the wallet. If the backup produces the same Bitcoin address, you're good to go.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with Samurai, I've never used it.

i have installed python and btcrecover to try restore. I think it is possible with btc recovery for my wallet ¿is correct?
but I don't know how to create the password.txt and the tokens.txt i read the wiki, but it is too dificult for me
-snip-
the passphrase is similar wirelessacademic2021*  I have changed it but keeping the structure

Anyway, for the token file: If you haven't changed "wirelessacedemic" and just changed the numbers and symbol, then it'll be easy.
You can use this simple token file:
Code:
^wirelessacademic
^,^%1,4d
%y$
The token file translated into: use "wirelessacademic" at the start, any 1~4 digits at the middle, and any symbol at the end.
This will get complicated if you've changed wirelessacademic into something else that you don't have any idea of, because it's long.

luckily it is a small amount, but I would like to get it back

i have the 12 words, the backup file "samurai.txt", the public id of the only transfer made, and the passphrase

when i try to restore the backup I get an error with the passphrase. It must be a syntax error

Maybe I would put an extra character that would not be noted, maybe a point, I don't know

I'd like to see if someone can help me create the files, I would appreciate it with a donation if we get it back
