That's still all wonky. Your clock is set to 1040, but your cards are throttling. Our 290 do the same thing in BAMT; doesn't set the PowerTune properly.

I can't see how your hashrate is that high. What are the rest of your settings?

First of all, with 2+3 shares submitted, it looks like you just turned your rig on. Refresh the page, and it'll say 500kh/s per GPU, and keep fluctuating until it eventually levels out. Come back in 2 hours, and tell me what the hashrates are.

Second, but similar to the first, those temps are low. What fan % are you running, and what are you stabalized temps after 2 hours?

Third, it looks like your cards are throttling the core speed. What is your engine set to? Powertune? IIRC, the new 14.1 drivers don't allow sgminer to set the powertune properly, so they throttle on anything >1000mhz.
