Hi. I have mini mine-rig with 3x7850 Sapphire 2GB. Mother Gigabyte P55A-UD3, 6gb RAM, i5-760, Corsair 850W.
After 10-15 min when i start mining scrypt, my computer freeze, and one card.have 511 temp on cgminer 3.7.2
I have last non-beta AMD drivers and sdk 2.9
On my GPU i can manual switch bios. But i have the same problemon another bios.
Two GPU in 16x on mother and one with riser with con power supply
What can i do with that shit?

Need your mining config...but:
I doubt it's a miner config issue or a hardware issue: The miner does start up and run for 10-15 minutes as you specify. If it was either a miner config issue it would error out immediately, or if it was a hardware issue, it would freeze up automatically or within seconds of mining commencement. Still need your miner config though.
Very good chance it is your driver pack.
I would try out the Catalyst 13.4 drivers + 2.9 SDK. I had great luck with that specific combination for all my 7950s / 7850s.
Uninstall your latest driver pack through the Control Panel add/remove program.
