550kh/s is what happens when you run with all optimal settings (TC 8192, lg 2, w 256, I 13, proper clocks, etc), but you're only running on one thread instead of two.

Thanks for the follow up NameTaken! What bios do you use?

Spinx, I am very interested to know if you changed anything beside going with these parameters. And if you mine in Win7 or Linux.

Im mining with BAMT-1.4.1 by "honeybee", easy as pie Cheesy (https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=2924.msg116877#msg116877)
Besides lowering the powertune values on some of the cards, and adjusting "gpu-fan" to "50-100" i have not changed anything, you should do be aware that all cards are different and same brand/settings does not equal same hash speed :/

Hi all. I've Tried almost every settings in SMOS Linux, can't get past 600 khash/sec average unless I enter intensity over 13, which leaves me with a lot of HW errors.

I tried with tc 8192, 8191, 22272, no change.

Does it haves something to do with the bios?

Try this, i get 730Kh/s with my 5 Sapphire Dual-X

Code:
"intensity" : "13",
"api-listen" : true,
"vectors" : "1",
"worksize" : "256",
"kernel" : "scrypt",
"lookup-gap" : "2",
"thread-concurrency" : "8192",
"shaders" : "2048",
"gpu-engine" : "1070",
"gpu-fan" : "90-90",
"gpu-memclock" : "1490",
"gpu-memdiff" : "0",
"gpu-powertune" : "20",
"gpu-vddc" : "1.162",
"temp-cutoff" : "85",
"temp-overheat" : "75",
"temp-target" : "70",
"auto-fan" : true,
"expiry" : "120",
"gpu-dyninterval" : "7",
"gpu-platform" : "0",
"gpu-threads" : "2",
"hotplug" : "5",
"log" : "5",
"queue" : "1",
"scan-time" : "30",
"scrypt" : true,
"temp-hysteresis" : "3",
"shares" : "0"
}

Great news NameTaken. I think I won't throw them away! Wink What makes you made the biggest jump in khash/sec, the new bios or optimized script?

Would you mind tell me what is your bios and your miner settings?

The biggest increase was probably from overclocking the BIOS. The hashrate decreased if the core got over 1070MHz so 1065MHz was the sweet spot. The optimized files can also increase the hashrate by 10-20KH/s.

My config is the standard. "-I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192", in conjunction with this.

I actually ordered 3 more 11221-00-20Gs.

I get 750KH/s with my 11221-00-20Gs in Windows with recompiled and optimized scrypt130511.cl, scrypt130511Tahitiglg2tc8192w256l8.bin, and overclocked BIOS.
