This was a test that i made with my SAPPHIRE HD 7850 Dual X 1GB GDDR5 236Bits 900/1200Mhz Stock

Tested on Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.7 Beta - POOL

all with -h 448 -a 1
Max of 64°C Fan Max 60%

if someone can post more tests for this GPU 7850, with some mod Watts etc, can help.
