Rx's will get you more mhs than the gtx 1060, but the gtx 1060 is (probably,) cheaper and more available, plus it can be sold for a neat value to gamers after you mine, i would get the gtx's if they're cheaper
Hey, Actually the Rx's are cheaper then the 1060
Currently? i wish. If you have someone to sell you those RXs cheaper than the gtx then yeah go ahead and buy those, and go ahead and pm me the price for both haha
