So I'm asking on behalf of someone else. Is Satoshicircle broken or did they go scam? Withdrawal is currently impossible at least from the account in question. Multiple withdraw requests were submitted the last few days and nothing.

I had played there around a week ago. And I had no issues so far. I was able to withdraw properly.
There is no use contacting them. SatoshiDice and Satoshislots are all operated by the same people. They got lousy support. Personally, I will not recommend you to play there, esp. SatoshiCircle of the 3.
