I have read that and old news in the past year, if Satoshi Nakamoto came back just to be friends with Wagner Tamanaha, I think his account was hacked by people who knew Wagner Tamanaha to gain popularity because of their relationship with Satoshi, but unfortunately that didn't happen, meaning the word Nour is just a decoration that should not be debated in my opinion, nour in Arabic means light what he means is the lightning network or there will be light for bitcoin around the world, wasting time debating this issue, just look later
There's no way we verify everything as Satoshi already left it behind or already planned to be anonymous. If he ever want attention he will simply show in personal like the creator of ETH. He have plan and evrythi g is a history, all that Bitcoin needs is adoption to make it high again.
as I said a satoshi might not make a puzzle for his arrival, of course he will show himself through the public, but it seems like he will not show himself, because we know so far many who admit to being in public claim to be fake satoshi

I was not able to find any proof that this account belonged to Satoshi neither that it really became friends with this guy.
Where can you confirm this? This about me page is just a claim, which isn't a proof by itself

Anyone can just claim it’s Satoshi Nakamoto’s account and the person is his friend but I think he is just the same as those who have come out claiming they are Satoshi Nakamoto or that they know the real identity of Satoshi Nakamoto. This has been going on for like months or years now and there are a lot already who come out claiming to be that person but all we get is being disappointed because all seem to be just faking it. I know a lot wants to really know who the real Satoshi Nakamoto is but I think he remained low key for a reason and I think as thanks to him for founding bitcoin we should atleast respect his decision to be hidden for a while or maybe forever.

Yup because the identity of satoshi was very hidden by the cause to secure his name or we can say the identity which to ensure his privacy by the bitcoin he has. Satoshi of course has a lot of bitcoin because he created it so there's no impossible that he can create a lot more.

So I have read some of it.
But it goes back to that "why identifying Satoshi Nakamoto is so important" thing.
Suddenly, I paused and closed that new tab where I opened it.

Why? I mean why does it have to go back to history and so much craziness into how or why he should be found.
He ended it all without a trace. That means something. The dude don't want to be back or that is how I understand it.
Leaving everything else on his back without even telling anyone why. That's it. End it.

There is one good thing that he left behind though. Bitcoin. I am okay with that.

so you think the creator of bitcoin came back and when he did that he decided to use the least safe account on a website that nobody uses and has its database hacked and stolen multiple times to post a vague comment that looks more like advertisement of something unclear!
are you that naive?

The account could be hacked by someone we don't really know if it was from the real creator or just a random hacker trying to have some fun.
We couldn't tell that it was the real Satoshi unless that person provide some solid proof and if I am not mistaken there was a thread about it and most of the forum member also believe that it was hacked.

First off, I don't see a necessity posting 2 different links containing the exact same article. And also, I don't think it's legal since plagiarism isn't bound to different people, but also in yourself.

More info here: https://www.bowdoin.edu/dean-of-students/judicial-board/academic-honesty-and-plagiarism/common-types-of-plagiarism.html

Second, though interesting, the fact that it might just have been hacked makes it irrelevant to dig deeper into. Throughout the years, bruteforce might have been conducted and the hackers just wants publicity.

On November 29, 2018, after years of silence, the identity of the anonymous creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, gave signs of activity on the social P2P Foundation, when Nakamoto friended another user – Wagner Tamanaha, a Brazilian cryptocurrency enthusiast, according to his “about me” bio on the social – and posted the word “nour” in parenthesis. The meaning of such a word is still debated.

and here:

This issue just would not die. Why do we not accept the reality that Satoshi is gone? Satoshi Nakamoto is gone forever. He will not be coming back, ever. He will be silent all the time. Any movement about his supposed identity through his emails and other means of communication is surely not the same Satoshi Nakamoto that started Bitcoin and this forum.
Point well made, we have to accept his decision that he doesn't want to reveal his identity for unknown reason. We have to respect that because we have no other choice. There is no assurance that it was Satoshi or if he's coming back, let's just be grateful for his creation and respect him. There are a lot of possible things that may happen, like there will be some people who will try to deceive you by claiming themselves as Satoshi and so many other things. It isn't bad to make some research regarding his identity but isn't it too much already?

Why the heck are we discussing a more than a year-old incident. We will be in 2020 and there are more interesting things that can be discussed in this forum.

Let's stop speculating about him of what he did in the past and look forward to the future.

LOL, this is a year old discussions in this community already,

Satoshi Nakamoto P2P new post

Is Satoshi Nakamoto is alive? Today he posted on p2p foundation. Your opinion?

"Nour" Satoshi's Account Re-live

I think we should stop speculating about the man himself, unless Satoshi sign a message from his known addresses, this sort of discussion is baseless.

And so the saga of the search for the real Satoshi Nakamoto continues with this another twist to the drama. Now, personally, I really do not easily believe on anything that just came about recently because in many cases they can just be another man-made or just a hoax and just worthy mentioning for the sake of curious people who could not really accept that the man is not anymore interested of resurfacing (that is if he is still alive). However, what we can never denied is that there is now a big cultish following of anything that has something to do with Satoshi. maybe the Church of Satoshi can be true, indeed.

Let's all just say that Wagner Tamanaha was friended by Satoshi Nakamoto but we can not justify that they are really both acquainted with one another just like us here in the forum we surely know our aliases and names here but we truly don't know each other personally,

But I may consider myself wrong as well because I really don't know if a certain Wagner Tamanaha was a respected someone that help Satoshi Nakamoto with Bitcoin because these are all speculation as well and I am just saying this as my first thought that we can not just think that if Satoshi gets friended by someone we can not conclude that they really know Satoshi Nakamoto just my opinion.

True. Even if the account used to belong to Nakamoto, even the article on Medium mentions that the email might have been hacked (and as far as I know, there's a known case of Satoshi's email which is linked to Bitcointalk account being hacked). But I also could not find anything that would support at least this idea with the profile of Nakamoto showing activity. It seems more like a cheap hype to me, honestly, and that nothing out of the ordinary happened. I believe this if the profile of Nakamoto they're talking about: http://p2pfoundation.ning.com/profile/SatoshiNakamoto. And this is the guy claiming that Satoshi befriended him or something (note that it was at least a year ago anyway). But the website is obscure, I don't see any proofs there.

This subject of Satoshi Nakamoto is very interesting and contagious, in my opinion there is a group or agency behind all this and of course the mentioned actors were involved, if there is a powerful organization, I do not believe that the identity of Nakamoto is revealed.
