Have you tried to write this in their thread?
So, I opened up satoshidice and deposited 1/2 a bitcoin to the personal account ID # that they provide. While the balance is being confirmed, which can take some time, my browser was reset and the cookies weren't saved. From my end, the .5 bitcoin transaction went through and is currently sitting in the satoshidice account, but I don't have a clue how to get access to it. Does anyone have a solution to this? I've emailed support a few times but I'm not getting my hopes up.
