Me too, since yesterday waiting for this confirmation and all my transactions pending for more than 24 hours.

What should I do?

Unreal. I lost almost all my bets over 10 BTC (which are many) and the only one won returns "double spend". I had bad luck even when I win

This has happened before, we're looking into it. It's more likely to happen when the available pool of funds gets toward zero, which can happen when lots of activity is occuring, or if blocks are being more slow than usual (which happens just due to natural variance).

I'm not aware of any bets that aren't getting paid, though they may get stuck and then release some time later. My apologies for the inconvenience - we'll see if we can figure out a fix the prevent the issue.

I note that previous SatoshiDice problem thread just before mine suggested sending PMs to a couple of people.... but no idea whether those would be the same as I'd need to contact? Perhaps someone who knows could alert the right people?

As neither of the double-spend transactions have been confirmed at time of writing, will one of them get automatically cancelled when the other is included in a valid block or something like that? ... and if so will SatoshiDice automatically issue a replacement?

In any case, it's past my bedtime, so I'll just have to see if someone sorted out the problem while I've slept.

I was playing SatoshiDice a bit earlier - one of the bets didn't get a response for a while, and when the response finally came through, it shows as a double spend...
My bet:  02686699327f1fc47c9f77f21fd1dab0abdf2775fca3101264caddd97ab79e62 has had several confirmations, but the response 569300ffd2866072a710754de6b0706330656dce17645cf1784d873285a661ac is unconfirmed, and shows as a double-spend of one of the coins building the transaction (not mine!).

[Edit: copy-pasted wrong transaction in initial post - now corrected]

How can this be resolved?

Edit: hmmm... looking at https://blockchain.info/double-spends it seems that SatoshiDice is double-spending like crazy today ... so whoever's responsible for it is going to have a big mess to clear up somehow? Sad
