That is a pretty bad practice.
They should have checked for any missing bets after the downtime, instead they just sit there and wait for others to complain to initial the checking.

Thanks everybody..  I wrote on SD's thread.  Wink

Did u get a reply for it yet?

He did and SD promised to process the bet later today. Looks like the problem will soon be resolved. Smiley

I placed a bet on the blockchain on 1/22/2015 after a couple emails to your support email address and now this post I want my measly .035 btc back that was never put into play.. Here is the txid f1ec30f5b25ca8e3bd0fd938838f197bc5a7f624bcd40ccd97c820184bd85015
Thx Adam

I can confirm that this transaction was not processed and it was because of the downtime we had during this time. We are manually processing this transaction later today, sorry about the delay.

Good for OP
Guess they do check now and then although the onus is on the user to report it by the looks of it.

Good that the problem is going to get resolved soon.. now I can get back to playing on SD Cheesy

agree with you, they got a very very "lazy" support, wonder why they paid someone like that as their support, but SD is quite popular as a dice site

Well maybe he does not even have any support at all..
i got an answer when i had problems so i dont think that they have no support

Well, SD seems to be getting lousy on support nowadays. Maybe you can try to attract their attantion in their "official" topic https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/satoshidicecom-the-worlds-most-popular-bitcoin-game-77870.
unfortunately supports get sloppy after the site passed the advertising/gathering users phase and now it is lousy after that phase is done

Yeah I mailed them twice and no reply.  Its actually the second time this has happened except the last time it was .1 BTC that lost in the clutter I guess.  Fortunately I got that back..  Hopefully this gets refunded to??  I agree the customer support bites.

@Buziss  Thank you for reading my post!!  I always bring proof, as a business owner I understand the importance of reputation. Proof isn't just welcomed if you are accused it is required IMHO.

And remember, if you are acussing a well-known site dont forget to bring some proof

He did give the TxID of his bet in the OP, showing that he did send 0.035 BTC to the correct SD on-chain address on Jan 21.
SD should have sent him back x1.004 if he wins or sent him back x0.005 if he loses, but instead SD haven't done nothing.

SatoshiDice sucks.

Says one cofirmation, already 3, still not credited.
It is showing 0.075 unconfirmed.

Pity, I didn't read the thread before I deposited.

Got it added after 4 confirmations.

Yes!
you should first contact their support through email before accusing them of fraud

They have a lousy support. I mailed them twice a month ago, and never got a reply. I even wonder whether they have anything called support.

Just don't bother playing there since then. PD, JD, etc. got lower edge and are better than that at almost everything.

I haven't played there but try to contact their support again, and explain them really nicely what trouble you're having, I am pretty sure it is a misunderstanding, or communication gap and they're not trying to rip you for this much small amount.

I wrote Satoshi dices ripoff operation on Jan 25th to inquirer on never having anything processed for this blockchain transaction of a measly .035 BTC.  They never responded?? The tx # was f1ec30f5b25ca8e3bd0fd938838f197bc5a7f624bcd40ccd97c820184bd85015  It remained unspent for almost 2 weeks.  I went to https://satoshidice.com/lookup and it show nothing for the transaction?? So is this something that is becoming a problem with this place.  I mean its only $7.50 and it clearly didn't get put in play but they won't  refund me.  Just think is BS.  I usually gamble for a bit higher stakes glad they screwed me with a petty .035 I guess?Huh?

Thanks,
Adam

Have you tried sending them an email ([email protected]) or sending them a PM (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/satoshidicepr-116564)

I have never played SD with a multisig address, so I am not sure if it is a problem to SD.
