Did you completely prove you are you? for example proof that your address is the same, Proof that you know the previous bets your account had or your username etc...??

still nothing  Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh
maybe hire someone to hack your account?

I can hire someone to write a brute forcer to crack the password, but it could take millions of requests and that will cause damage to satoshidice.

Don't want anyone else having my secret url either. So am going to wait another day or two and if they don't return my account i will file a police report before requesting information about who runs this gambling site by reporting to http://privacyprotect.org/#report_abuse.

Please please please next time use a wallet that is under your control to prevent this kind of stuff. Also, make sure to write down your password somewhere if you can't remember it 100% sure.

Make sure things are in your control, not theirs and you should be in a better position next time.

I write down most things but none of my passwords work, it's hard to tell if they locked me out from entering the correct one or not either.

Still waiting for access, no reply yet.

I first contacted them over a 10 days ago. My password isn't working for my investors account and i have over 15 Bitcoin tied up.

I provided my Secret key, which no one has access to and My coins have not moved for months now.

I want to withdraw My bitcoin, they won't help. Taking time between messages and i want my bitcoin back.

Are they known to be insolvent?

No, they are solvent.

The issue here is that their support is not very good. The only advice I can give is to keep reminding them (through bitcointalk too).
i had the same problem, i only invest 0.01 btc, and my password stoped working. i tried through every avenue to contact them. i couldnt even get a reply.

They still haven't resolved your issue?
Nope, support didnt even reply

Wow, 15 Bitcoin is a big sum, I hope you get back all your BTC soon. Sad

Sad thanks i'm keeping my hopes up.

open a scam accusation topic? or post in other topic to advert users?
I know they are one of the first site for gamble btc!!!

Not accusing them of scamming, yet. Still waiting for a resolution. They are taking forever to help though i need to hear more feedback about satoshidice to know for sure if they are scamming or not.

Satoshidice_CTO is telling me to keep the convo in emails/pm and had a user complain about me complaining so this topic should do.

True. I emailed them months ago and never received a reply. they only reply after messaging the bitcointalk thread, it's not a nice thing to do either as some users have notifications enabled and complain.

The support is pretty bad with most of these gambling websites. A few months ago PD support was also terrible. You needed to wait 3 days for an automated reply pretty much.

Well, I was going to say post in their thread but I see you already have and they seem to have sent you an email. Does it not solve your problem?

support is ignoring my emails... i think

Just answered.

No, they answered and asked me to sign from and address that sent funds to the wallet, none of which i have access to as i used an online service to send it.

My IP Does not match, because i used a VPN. But i have provided my secret URL to the CTO through PGP. So no one apart from me and him has access to my account now.

Absolutely not!
they are one of the oldest site that use btc!

https://www.satoshidice.com/

You are talking about this one?

Yes, just checked the cold wallet address's and they seem to cover most the balance. So thats a good sign. But why are they not helping me get my bitcoin back?
