Again, another thread another useless drama, if you can even call it that.

Solution is simple misterbigg, create your own service like you are describing and see what happens - what is stopping you?

SatoshiDICE would need to implement this change on their server in their custom source code.

But regardless, it's nice to see people proposing actual solutions in addition to raising awareness. You are doing neither.

One way to work around the transaction spam would be to require that each bet include an additional 0.01 BTC which is always refunded back to the gambler. Then we could do away with the single-satoshi notifications, and we would have spendable outputs. This would eliminate a lot of the objectionable block chain usage. The transaction volume would remain but at least there's some progress.
