The number "21" is picked probably just because it make the thread have more than 1 page...
I think the number is an average of some sorts, nothing intentionally...
Thats not a easter egg and the forum software wasn't created by satoshi.
The forum actually does have a few modifications by Satoshi, but no easter eggs. The leet thing is in stock SMF.

Anyone know of any other easter eggs? These are pretty fun to find. I know there is the leet one too that someone else already mentioned. I'm sure there are others out there that haven't been discovered yet.
