At least you said good-bye and did not just say you were going out to buy cigarettes to never be seen again!!!

See? Is that so hard? Is it REALLY THAT HARD DAD!?!?!

Oh...you were saying something about flaws and junk? Carry on.

That is disturbing.

It would make a good background for a geocities page.

That is disturbing.
I liked it when I first posted it, but over time it does get weirder.

I must admit that some of my posts here were a deliberate attempt to drive down Bitcoin's exchange rate.

You thought you could do anything to any of the markets or exchanges off of posts to this forum

Kids these days.

That is disturbing.

I really thank you for your effort, but I could not find any claimed flaw that actually looked like one - except maybe the obvious. But those obvious flaws are mostly the disadvantages of certain features. We can't fix them in principle if we want to have those features.

I'm sure your convinced of bitcoins flaws, and it might just be that your not very good at arguing them, but I've read that newbitcoin paper a few times (including when you first linked it) and I'm just not buying it. In fact a lot of those arguments are just stupid, (sorry, I really hate to phrase it that way, since I don't like to troll) but honestly - 'bitcoin is not really decentralised'Huh

For the record I'm not a hardcore bitcoin evangelist; I also think bitcoin has flaws. I just don't think they outweigh it's benefits (yet).

*edit* just wondering, have you given up on cryptocurrencies in general, or just bitcoin in particular. no reason, just curious.

Just a little goodbye to all my fans here!  |-)

In the last month I've been posting some critique here, starting with

through a.o.

I must admit that some of my posts here were a deliberate attempt to drive down Bitcoin's exchange rate. Not because I'm an adversary to bitcoins, envy early-adopters or wanted to 'buy cheap'. It was because I thought the current value hinders proper development of what a decentralized currency could have been. Getting people to think about solutions of problems that lay ahead (trust me, they'll arrive) instead of shouting 'BUY' or 'SELL'.

However, I've now come to the conclusion that Bitcoin's flaws are too fundamental and no longer believe in the current block-chain concept, as designed by 'Satoshi Nakamoto'. Therefore this is my last post and I will use it to refer to if I someone responds to one of my former posts. Thank all of you who gave me some descent retort, good luck to you all, and may Bitcoin value florish (because I will be happy to keep selling you some)!
