Does this have anything positive associated with the growth of gambling industry through cryptocurrency usage.

...in what has been described as the most esteemed gaming show in Africa.

Described by whom? Frankly this is the first time I am hearing about this event. Maybe perhaps because I reside outside of Africa. And.. about that. Why do events title themselves like 'best in Africa' or best in 'west africa' .. does that mean every country along the west coast of the african landmass is watching out for this gaming event? Is sports betting legal in all of these countries?

By the organizers and by those who attended the previous years' events themselves, perhaps? That's a press release a shared sourced from the SBWA+ team. In the article, you will see the contact details you can use to ask further info regarding the event.
