I think you will not get a single satoshi refund. The scammer wanted to take another BTC from you. I don't think Monbux understanding is too low and also will make any transaction without becoming confirm on bitcointalk.

First of all, I am overconfidence they have used the name of likeness. When you get btc address you can search them on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search2 to avoid this type of scam attempt. lol, I can create thousands of similar posts. Where is any proofs? Screenshots? Can you forward this messages if someone will ask? I don't think that your posts useful and maybe better to move it in reputation board. And even from the messages you cite, I see only that you didn't understand the deal, and escrow offered you to return the money by paying a fee. Where is the scam? You should explain your problem better.
