This user have already erased all from his service thread and it was important for you to archive his topic. Based on your chat history i am seeing that he wants to refund you through bitcoin but you are denying to take the payment in bitcoin. Is there any problem to take your payment in bitcoin? You can add more screenshots of your chat history which will make the whole thing clear to us.
